Quality control is not purely implemented in a way of goods inspection; instead, it is started and involved from product design. In UnionRise, our product engineers will evaluate all of our product artwork to check its feasibility in terms of material safety, production technics etc. Quality control is also fully implemented during sample approval procedure and Dupro inspection if needed and FRI inspection. Quality control is not down to quality department only. It is so important that merchandisers and designers can be aware of quality issues and try to prevent similar quality problems. Therefore, UnionRise organized a series of quality trainings. Recently we had training about “Warning” sign requirements and Inspection requirements. We  always try our best to predict most of quality problems, minimize and finally eliminate quality issues and become a reliable  partner as an arts and crafts supplier.
